2. Data Processed and Purposes

a) Site Usage Statistics

Our site uses Google Analytics 4. The events measured are: a click on a WhatsApp link, a click on a phone link, a click on an e-mail link and a form submission. With these events only the page address, the page language and the position of the link on the page are sent; your name, e-mail address, phone number and message content are not sent. This data does not show your identity directly, but it is linked to a pseudonymous identifier given to your browser, so it counts as pseudonymous rather than anonymous data.

b) Anonymous Visitor Counter

Our site displays a live visitor counter. This counter works with a random session ID that contains no personal data. The session ID is deleted when the browser is closed. The counter record holds no name and no e-mail address. As with every internet request, however, the servers of our infrastructure providers see your IP address; the IP address is kept for a short time in server records for security and to prevent misuse (see section e) Server Records below).

c) Contact Form

The name, e-mail address and message content you submit through the contact form on our site are processed solely to respond to your request. Form data is transmitted via the Formspree infrastructure and is not shared with third parties.

d) WhatsApp and Telegram Communication

When you contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, the privacy policies and terms of use of those platforms apply. Information you share through these platforms is subject to the data processing rules of the relevant platform.

e) Server Records (Security)

For connections made to our services, our servers record the IP address, the date and time and the request information for security and to prevent misuse. These records are kept at a limited size and, once full, the oldest is deleted automatically; in practice they turn over within a few days. These records are not used for marketing.

3. Data Storage and Sharing

Your personal data is not sold, not marketed to third parties and is not shared for commercial purposes.

Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers technically required for the service to operate:

• Google: Site analytics and performance measurement
• Formspree: Contact form infrastructure
• Supabase: Visitor counter database (anonymous)
• Netlify: Website hosting infrastructure

These infrastructure providers act within the framework of their own privacy policies.

4. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:
