Why does my business data remain scattered?

In most small businesses, revenue is written in a ledger, expenses in another spreadsheet, and the customer list in the phone’s contacts. Because each one is kept in a different place, there is no answer to the question “did I make a profit this month” at the end of the month. Finding the answer requires sitting down and doing the math, which usually never happens.

The problem is not a lack of discipline but a lack of tools. Data written in different places does not merge on its own. The KILMAN Business Management System brings these four items — revenue, expenses, customers, products — together in a single structure and calculates the totals for you.

What do I see when I open the panel?

The opening screen is your business summary: this month’s revenue, expenses, and net profit at the top; how your expenses are distributed across categories at the bottom. You switch between this month, this year, and all time with a single click.

Figures are TRY-based, with the dollar equivalent shown alongside. The exchange rate is pulled live; you don’t update it manually.

What modules does the system consist of?

Customers

Your customer portfolio in a single list. Next to each record, you see its status (active, demo, passive), associated product, contact information, and the amount it earns you.

Products

A list of the products or services you sell. You see how many active customers each has, how much it brings in monthly, and how much it costs you monthly, side by side.

Finance

A table showing how much you earned from each customer. Revenue, cost, and profit in three columns, with a total row at the bottom. You see at a glance which customer is profitable and which is borderline.

One-Time Revenue

Non-recurring revenue such as setup fees and one-time sales are kept separate. This way, your monthly recurring revenue doesn’t get mixed with one-time income — you see your actual monthly turnover.

Company Expenses

Expenses are recorded by category: personnel, utility bills, inventory, insurance, transportation, and categories you add yourself. It supports foreign currency; you enter items paid in dollars or euros in their own currency.

Company Revenue

All revenue items such as sales, consulting, and subscriptions are listed in chronological order. You mark regularly recurring revenues, and the system records them automatically each month.

Can anyone else see my data?

No. Each business’s data is kept in its own space and separated at the database level. A person who logs in with another business’s account cannot access your records — this is not a setting but the system’s architectural design.

Accounts do not open by themselves. We create new user definitions, and you receive your username and password from us. There is no registration form open to the internet; its absence is a deliberate security choice.
