No. The system works on its own after setup. Consulting is for keeping the system adapting to you, fast response to failures and regular monitoring. If you do not need it, you are not obligated to purchase it.

What does the support scope include?

Regular health checks, failure intervention, minor changes, adaptation to service updates and direct question answering. The scope is determined together during the proposal stage based on the system size.

Do you support systems built by other firms?

We can; we need to examine the system first. Depending on the architecture we can offer support or honestly say it is not suitable.

How fast do you respond in emergencies?

Response time is defined in the support agreement. Standard scope covers business hours; extended scope provides faster intervention.

How long does the consulting period last?

We work in monthly cycles. You can terminate at any time; we do not require a long-term commitment.
